It’s always in your best interest to get rid of the doubt, fear, and worry if you want to achieve the things you want in life. When you have your self-confidence at the right level, you can take back the power and create the life you’ve always wanted for yourself.
Know what triggered the fear – what was the first thing you thought about that led to the fear. In a dirty talk scenario, you might think about your partner leaving…now really think about that fear…is that really going to happen? No.
Breath – Taking 10-20 long and calm breaths will help deliver oxygen to your brain. Oxygen allows it to work a little better and give you some clarity on what you’re thinking.
Write things down – Keeping a journal of what you feel is a great way to overcome fear. As time progresses, you have to keep building your self confidence and outlook. As you do this, you will go back through your journal and see how ridiculous fear actually is in the first place.
Think about the good – Always stay positive. You have probably heard that all your life, but trust me, it’s great advice. There are a bad and a good out of every action. Considering the good scenarios will always keep the fear at bay and it won’t be getting in your way.
Be true to yourself – CONFIDENCE! You are amazing. You are great. You are sexy. You can talk dirty in the bedroom. Stop beating yourself up mentally and start building your self confidence. It will show improvements in all aspects of your life, not just the bedroom.
Know fear can always be conquered – It’s good to think that once you conquer fear once, you can conquer it in every aspect of your life it’s a part of. As they say, ‘there’s nothing to fear but fear itself.’ Very wise advice…
